The Role

You will spearhead strategic engagement across AGT, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations and directly supporting the Chief of Staff to Lumen's EVP, Chief Revenue Officer. This high-impact role is central to driving operational alignment with revenue-generating priorities, enabling executive-level planning, and enhancing business operations effectiveness across the CRO organization.

You'll lead and facilitate strategic workshops, coordinate high-visibility offsites, and orchestrate enterprise-wide initiatives that underpin earnings performance, board preparation, and top-line growth strategies. Your work will shape how the CRO office executes against its most critical priorities, ensuring clarity, momentum, and measurable outcomes.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Operations Planning: Drive the development and execution of integrated business operations plans that align with enterprise financial goals and strategic priorities. Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure resource allocation supports long-term value creation.
  • Facilitate Strategic Workshops Across AGT Leadership and Senior Executives: Design and lead structured problem-solving sessions that address complex challenges across the AGT leadership team and broader executive stakeholders. Ensure outcomes are actionable and aligned with financial performance, operational efficiency, and transformation objectives.
  • Build and Execute Leadership Offsites and Forums: Own the end-to-end planning and facilitation of executive offsites and leadership forums that foster strategic alignment, accelerate decision-making, and drive accountability across key initiatives. Ensure forums are tightly linked to quarterly business rhythms and financial milestones.
  • Support Board and Earnings Preparation: Partner with Finance, Investor Relations, and Communications to develop high-impact briefing materials for board meetings and earnings calls. Coordinate across senior stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent, data-driven, and reflective of enterprise performance and strategic direction.
  • Own Executive-Level Communications and Reporting for Key Initiatives: Develop and deliver executive-ready communications, dashboards, and reporting packages that provide visibility into initiative progress, risks, and financial implications. Ensure leadership has the insights needed to make timely, informed decisions.
  • Track Progress on Strategic Priorities and Ensure Timely Execution: Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms for enterprise-wide strategic priorities. Drive disciplined execution by identifying roadblocks, escalating risks, and ensuring alignment with transformation goals and financial outcomes.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in revenue-centric planning and execution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic operations, strategy & operations, or management consulting-preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Exceptional facilitation and planning capabilities for high-impact workshops, leadership summits, and CRO-aligned engagements.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategic narratives.
