About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, personable Receptionist to serve as the face of our busy engineering and architectural firm located in downtown Denver. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and brings a strong sense of professionalism to their work.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. In addition to managing the front desk, this role includes administrative support and minor project assistance across departments. Creativity and enthusiasm are encouraged-especially when selecting catering options and managing hospitality needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors professionally; manage phone calls and handle incoming deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate internal calendars
  • Organize meeting logistics including ordering and setting up catering; manage receipts and vendor communication
  • Maintain and update office documents such as phone lists, employee directories, seating charts, and business card orders
  • Restock and tidy the kitchen daily; ensure common areas are welcoming and organized
  • Support company-wide operations for a team of over 350 staff
  • Provide occasional administrative support to departments such as Accounting, HR, and Project Teams
  • Assist with minor project work related to engineering and architectural services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, ability to multitask a must
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
