Drives digital adoption and innovation to accelerate strategy execution across the enterprise. Acts as a catalyst for business intelligence, data analytics, and operational excellence, enabling strategic clarity and informed decision-making. Partners with business units to implement digital platforms, build dashboards, and coach teams in digital-first practices, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in strategy execution. Tasks and Responsibilities
* Lead rollout and training of digital platforms and tools to support strategy execution. Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to complete complex tasks and meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision
Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results
Strong analytical abilities & customer service skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling. Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, quantitative methods, information systems or related field from an accredited university Competencies
