Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll support production by setting up and operating printing equipment while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards.
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Mix and prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
* Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
* Inspect plates to confirm correct format.
* Visually inspect forms throughout each run to maintain quality.
* Work with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, reorganizing as needed to meet changing deadlines.
* Maintain knowledge of safety requirements and procedures related to the job and equipment.

Your Shift:
* Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

You Must Have:
* Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
* Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
* High degree of mechanical ability.
* Good reading and comprehension skills.

We Would Also Prefer:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Ability to work with very close tolerances.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
* Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
* Good color discernment.
