DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will assist and support Area Agency on Aging care management staff, fiscal department, and administration in a variety of functions to assure efficient and accurate operation of the agency's data system. You will maintain information on the different service providers our agency partners with to ensure our system is accurate and work with your supervisor to resolve any issues or discrepancies. This includes verifying proper billing rates, helping providers resolve billing discrepancies and issues, and training and supporting other staff members in data entry and system utilization. Work in this role also includes compiling and reconciling data to create a multitude of reports on various agency phases, provider meetings and phone calls, timesheets and statistics, and fiscal responsibilities. This is key for helping our teams have the data they need guarantee a high standard of care and service to Wayne County consumers. You will develop agendas for meetings and, in cooperation with the agency administrator, have the opportunity to participate in the development of grant proposals and long term plans. Work also involves providing ancillary support for the dispatching of notification letters, as well as maintaining and updating caseloads and reassigning cases. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Employee may have overnight travel or out of county travel for meetings/training.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within three months of graduating with a qualifying degree
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
