Efficient use of the internet and other electronic and hard copy media for research Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project and Visio skills Expert Microsoft Access and Excel skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary level information Ability to obtain, cleanse, merge and analyze data from multiple sources Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills Self-starter with proven track record of accomplishments An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Familiarity with tolling back-office systems and/or customer contact center operations Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks simultaneously requiring different skill sets. Ability to adapt to the needs of our clients and work outside of one's comfort zone. Experience working with state DOTs, toll system integrators, planning organizations, or Toll / Thruway / Turnpike Authorities. Experience in business or technical management consulting. Familiarity with tolling policies, technologies, or equipment. Familiarity with data reporting and analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau Local candidates preferred Master's Degree Knowledge of ArcGIS, SQL Server and /or Crystal Reports Proficiency in data reporting and analytical tools such as SQL, PowerBI, VBA, Power Query, Python Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience in an A/E/C industry PMP Certification
