GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Field Engineer is an entry-level field position that works with the foremen and crews on the installation of precast concrete buildings. This person is responsible for learning the overall progress of the installation of the project and reports directly to the Field Operations Manager of their respective division. The field engineer will assist in sequencing, layout, material ordering, equipment management, and any other field activities as directed by the Field Superintendent or Field Operations Manager.
