* Salesforce experience cloud * Customer portal experience * Case routing *Description* As a Salesforce Developer at Link Logistics, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver customer-centric business solutions. Your role will involve a combination of technical and functional tasks, ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets and exceeds business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Salesforce Foundational Development oDesign and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. oPrepare and maintain documentation for technical build. oCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements, and execute them into technical specs and build. oDevelop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning web components, and Lightning components. oIntegrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services. oPerform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment. oConduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. oProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. oStay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates. o Establish and configure the foundational elements of the Salesforce platform. oImplement and manage DevOps processes for continuous integration and deployment. oDesign and configure data tables within Salesforce. oInstall and configure Salesforce packages. oEnsure the security and proper permissions of the Salesforce applications. o Implement and manage identity and access management solutions. Matter Management & Contract Lifecycle Management oDevelop and maintain solutions for managing legal matters. oSet up and maintain customer and external counsel portals. oManage user accounts and permissions. oDesign and implement flows to automate business processes. oCustomize page layouts and lightning pages to meet business requirements. oSet up and manage notifications within Salesforce. oImplement and maintain electronic billing solutions. oDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights. oDevelop and maintain contract templates within Salesforce. oImplement and manage approval processes. oImplement electronic signature solutions. Stakeholder Management Develop strong partnerships with Technology Leadership, Product Management, and Salesforce architects to ensure the Salesforce solutions always meets and exceeds the business needs oAlign on integration patterns with the Salesforce architect to support the required data interactions as needed for each deliverable within a Pod oEngage other Tech and Data platform teams in a continuous feedback loop that drives the Salesforce Platform forward. oMaintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Data teams Project Delivery oCreate and maintain the engineering deliverables for Legal Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and connected solutions for the Legal Org oFunction as a Developer within one's pod, delivering solutions for functional requirements oPartnering with the Salesforce Product Manager in solution design and deliverables ensuring business needs are met Technology Operations oDefine and present Salesforce application infrastructure services from internal and external providers in the Salesforce Design Working Group as needed oAssist in the transition of hyper care from Product Delivery to BAU work oAble to work independently and transparently manage time and priorities. oA strong desire to continuously learn new skills inside and outside the Salesforce ecosystem. oExceptional attention to detail Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field/related experience. *Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components, with at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience. *Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. *Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes. *Experience with Copado, Azure DevOps, sFiles, Litify, CLM, Mulesoft, and other tools as needed *Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Administrator, and Experience Cloud Consultant Certificate is required *Salesforce PD2 preferred *Salesforce architect certifications are a plus *Skills* cloud, development *Top Skills Details* cloud,development *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Strong communication *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
