*Job Description* * Inbound Customer Service Representatives are needed to support a client in the Eastern Time Zone. Agents can expect a structured work environment, where they have a set schedule with scheduled breaks (2-15 min paid) and lunch (1- 30 min unpaid). * Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST) . OR 9:30am-6pm Eastern (7:30am-4pm CST). * Training is 1 week long and training runs from Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST). *Job Duties:* * Customer Support Reps will be handling inbound calls from company field technicians that need assistance with a new computer system/app that the company is implementing. The field technicians might need assistance with: password resets, how to navigate the system, how to upload forms into the system, how to connect to the system, troubleshooting errors they are receiving * Agents will be answering inbound calls from field technicians and 3rd party vendors using the new system for the entire duration of their shift. * Multi-tasking and the ability to have great communication skills is a must. * Checking MS Outlook and Team chats during downtime. *Skills* Customer service, Help desk support, Support, Customer support, Call center, Service desk, Help desk, Troubleshooting, Technical support, Customer service oriented, Customer experience *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Need to have GED or HS Diploma. * Call Center experience (1 year or more) * This is a work from home position with 2 morning shifts. * Must have high speed connected internet. * Must have good customer service/communication skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.10 - $16.10/hr.
