Join Our Team in Lehi as an *Inbound Patient Access Specialist!* *About the Role* Are you passionate about making healthcare more accessible and affordable? As an *Inbound Patient Access Specialist*, you'll be the compassionate voice guiding patients through the complexities of pharmacy benefits and drug savings programs. You'll be on the front lines of patient advocacy-resolving issues with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to one-call resolution.
*What You'll Do* * Be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and pharmacies via phone, email, and other channels. * Educate members on their pharmacy benefits and help them access life-saving medications through various savings programs. * Resolve inquiries related to enrollment in drug savings programs with a focus on first-call resolution. * Coordinate with physicians, drug manufacturers, and pharmacies to streamline the patient experience. * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI standards. * Stay up to date on all patient access programs and internal policies to deliver world-class service. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple cases and maintaining high productivity. *What You Bring* * Experience in *healthcare customer service*, *insurance verification*, *pharmacy*, or *patient access* roles. * Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. * A sense of urgency, empathy, and a drive to solve problems quickly and thoroughly. * Familiarity with prior authorizations, patient scheduling, or medical reception is a plus. *Success Looks Like* * Delivering compassionate, efficient support with a one-call resolution mindset. * Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level expectations. * Maintaining impeccable documentation and follow-through on every case. * Contributing to a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
