*Job Title:* OSP Construction Coordinator
*Location:* Greenville, NC *Pay:* Based on Experience *Industry:* Telecommunications / Broadband *Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced *OSP Construction Coordinator* to oversee and coordinate the construction and maintenance of outside plant telecommunications infrastructure in Greenville, NC. This role supports a cost-saving initiative involving network splits and requires strong quality control across a mix of projects, with the *main bulk of work focused on HFC coax*. Additional responsibilities include *fiber-to-the-home (FTTH)* work, *IMods*, and *MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit)* deployments. The coordinator will also manage vendor activities related to inside plant (ISP) work. *Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate and oversee OSP construction projects from inception to completion. * Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules. * Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. * Perform QC on a variety of jobs, with a *primary emphasis on HFC coax*, and additional FTTH work. * Manage vendor-performed jobs for the ISP, including IMods and MDU work. * Maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and budgets. * Communicate project status and updates to management and clients. * Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and personnel. * Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. *Qualifications* * Strong knowledge of OSP construction practices, standards, and regulations. * Extensive experience with *HFC coax* projects; familiarity with FTTH is a plus. * Experience with IMods and MDU deployments. * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management tools. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. * CATV or broadband industry experience is highly preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
