Job description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, returns, and issue resolution. This role requires a proactive, adaptable individual who can manage multiple priorities, process detailed information accurately, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details.
  • Ensure each customer interaction reinforces a positive company image and builds loyalty.



  1. Issue Resolution



  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with initiative and common sense.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up to ensure full resolution.



  1. Order Processing & Account Management



  • Perform order entry, returns (RMA), and related customer service functions.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processing and communication.



  1. Documentation & Reporting



  • Log all customer interactions, questions, and resolutions into the system.
  • Support management by identifying recurring issues and trends.



  1. Adaptability & Continuous Learning



  • Participate in training to learn new systems and business processes as the company grows.
  • Adjust to ongoing changes, process improvements, and new team structures.



  1. Collaboration & Growth



  • Work closely with peers and leadership to provide seamless customer support.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential-opportunities for advancement are available based on performance and initiative.
