*Description*
The role primarily involves daily financial modeling, specifically building and utilizing Financial Recruiting Models (FRMs). This includes analyzing new advisors' books of business to determine profitability and the value of transition assistance. Business Partnering: - Develop and maintain financial models in support of the company's business development initiatives, assess the financial and economic performance of various business opportunities through a detailed understanding of revenue and cost drivers -Modeling recruiting and retention deals in collaboration with business partners; adhere to SLAs and standards set forth in operating procedures -Creates and provides reporting on advisor recruiting and profitability programs for multiple audiences, including the executive leadership team - Provide financial guidance and support to drive decision-making, performance improvement, and cost management Management Reporting and Forecasting: - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for business unit, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting process for recruiting and retention efforts with business units, collaborate with business partners for forecasting, new initiatives, and performance improvement - Monitors performance of various business units and departments (including variance analyses) and preparing periodic reports for management - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Financial / Reporting Systems: - Experience in Salesforce desired - Ability to work with dashboards, reports, and real-time analytics within Salesforce to leverage with business partners *Skills* microsoft excel, financial analysis, salesforce software, financial services *Top Skills Details* microsoft excel,financial analysis *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Experience working in Salesforce; used for recruiting, so big plus is experience in building dashboards for tracking and updating financials. - Prior financial services industry experience *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
