Join Our Team as a Part-Time Leasing Specialist!

At Gorman & Company, we believe our people are the key to our success. We're searching for a motivated part-time Leasing Specialist to join our team and community Harbor at State and Main - a beautiful, affordable (LIHTC) property serving the heart of downtown Racine, WI - and provides you with the opportunity to assist at several properties within Kenosha as well. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, make a difference, and help residents find a place they're proud to call home.

What You'll Do

Build rapport with prospective and current residents while delivering exceptional customer service
Present the community and available apartments in a professional, engaging manner
Secure lease agreements and renewals through strong communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and enter data into leasing software systems
Support marketing initiatives, assist with outreach efforts, and contribute to maintaining great curb appeal

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
One or more years of leasing or sales experience preferred
RealPage experience preferred
Valid drivers license & proof of vehicle liability insurance
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive attitude, confidence, and high energy
Availability for some evenings and weekends during busy leasing periods
