Your Impact:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to for keeping our property running smoothly. You'll be responsible for:
- Completing maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more
- Preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining curb appeal
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintaining property grounds, common areas, and seasonal upkeep
- Collaborating with vendors and supporting property team as needed
What You'll Bring:
- 1+ year of maintenance or trade experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- HVAC EPA (Type II or Universal) and CPO certification preferred, or willing to obtain
- Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
