We are looking for a Finance Manager, Revenue - Cloud Applicationswho thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about driving clarity and efficiency. This role will be responsible for central management of our FP&A processes, timelines, and deliverables. You'll serve as a strategic connector-aligning stakeholders, streamlining execution, and driving accountability across the rhythm of the business. In addition to core responsibilities, you'll lead high-impact initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, implementing AI to transform processes, and scaling practices through collaboration with other finance teams. This is an fantastic opportunity for a finance leader who combines operational experience with business intuition and a collaborative mindset. This role follows a hybrid work model with on-site presence at our Redmond campus at least three days a week. ResponsibilitiesSupport the Cloud Applications Revenue Finance team rhythms across our FP&A processes, timelines, and deliverables.Translate data and analytics into a simplified engaging message with actionable insights. Facilitate a shared understanding of this message with finance leadership, Central Finance Team, and key business partners.Manage and continuously improve planning tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization.Lead and support ad-hoc initiatives focused on operational excellence, including automation, increased forecast accuracy, and AI-driven process transformation.Build and maintain robust, driver-based financial models for mid-month outlook that evolve with the business while maintaining high accuracy.
