We innovate quickly, collaborate, learn from experience and data, provide input to improve features, think creatively, laugh and have fun, all while solving challenging customer and partner problems.As a Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) in our organization, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. This position provides an opportunity to impact the organization's technology direction and help drive innovation.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain software systems, components, and features.Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and high standards of code quality.Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and reliability.Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions.Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
