OverviewWe're seeking a Cloud Solution Architecture - Security (CSA) with deep expertise across security architecture, E5 and Azure security workloads, including AI, Applications, Infrastructure, and Data, who is passionate about solving complex problems and helping enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation. In this senior, customer-facing role, you'll lead strategic technical engagements, advise C-level executives, and partner with Customer Success Leaders to shape and execute security strategies that drive innovation and business value. You'll guide customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence, helping them secure AI solutions, applications, and infrastructure on endpoints, Microsoft Azure and multi-cloud environments. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by securing customers with a world class security platform. Proactively acts as the voice of the customer/partner and internal communities leveraging relevant insights from feedback tools and systems. Identifies and/or translates customer/partner problems into industry solutions. Drives self and guides other team members to focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery and ensuring a seamless and connected customer experience. Proactively identifies, escalates, and mitigates blockers using appropriate tools. Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies, ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed. Proactively identifies new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale. Operates according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages/activities/tools of record. Leverages market insights and demand signals. Contributes to leading virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their context in the competitive landscape. ResponsibilitiesYou will drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor as well as providefeedback and insights from customers/partners and be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap. You will land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (i.e., Zero Trust) which spans the breadth of Microsoft Security offerings, and with focus on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security. You will position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage as you develop opportunities to drive Customer Successbusiness results & help Customersget value from their Microsoft investments and identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SAsubject matter expertise.Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable IP. You will accelerate Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring that the solution exhibits "Secure by Design" framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. You will align your individual skilling to team/area demands & Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and share your expertise, contribute to Intellectual Property (IP) creation & re-use toaccelerate customer outcomes. You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution - governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production. You will collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders including FastTrack, partner, and Microsoft Consulting in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.OtherEmbody our culture and values | |
