We are looking for aSenior Technical Program Manager (TPM)capable of managing multiple high-visibility, high-pressure simultaneous engagements, as well as many of the day-to-day operations of the team. In this role, you will lead organization-level security KPIs within the Cloud & AI division, drive the onboarding of services to centralized monitoring, and ensure all services log data centrally. You will work closely with service teams across the organization in understanding their technical challenges and remove blockers by collaborating with engineering, analyst teams, and other stakeholders. Core responsibilities include managing stakeholder communications, leading some of the ongoing regulatory reviews, and delivering executive updates. ResponsibilitiesLead monitoring and logging critical security KPI adoption efforts across Cloud & AI organization.Work with service teams across Cloud & AI in understanding technical and operational challenges in meeting security KPI requirements and address blockers by collaborating with engineering, partner teams, and other stakeholders.Build and manage program-level dashboards and KPIs, ensuring leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with security, services, engineering, and compliance teams.Own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that span multiple divisionsTrack and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.Embody our culture and values | |
