This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking preferably for a 4th or 5th year student of Economics who is interested in continuous development in project&business controlling, has strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) and a genuine interest in modern analytics and office automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

After 6-18 months, you should be ready to move abroad to join the global division controlling department as a trainee. Looking ahead, your career prospects may include a full-time employment contract with participation in global controlling projects, support for European units, as well as project controlling within the local organization.

Your main responsibilities from the start will focus primarily on project administration in SAP and other supporting tools, including:

* verifying data consistency between customer purchase orders/contracts and SAP entries

* ensuring correct entry of planned costs and markups

* project release

* hedging currency risks

* updating forecasted costs

* supporting project managers

* other ad-hoc tasks

Over time, you will also gain exposure to additional activities within the local controlling department, so that you are well prepared to begin your trainee assignment within an expected timeframe of 6-18 months.

Qualifications for the role :

* solid understanding of accounting

* ability to quickly navigate financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, project status reports, etc.)

* strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks performed with accuracy

* ideally already familiar with Microsoft Power BI (knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage)

* strong English skills, due to the global exposure in controlling

* most importantly: curiosity and eagerness to learn
