This Position reports to:

Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth across our market segments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Someone equally comfortable with big-picture planning and hands-on project delivery.

This role is contributing to the Electrification and Installation Product Division

This role report to the: Marketing Director
The work model for the role is: Hybrid

** This is a 1 year Contractual position - Start date ASAP until December 2026 **

Your Role: Own the Challenge

  • Developing marketing concepts, in accordance with ABB branding guidelines.

  • Creating and editing promotional materials for use through various media channels.

  • Managing the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.

  • Lead experiences: Coordinate quarterly product launches, and other events, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with brand strategy.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product management, sales, and creative partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What it takes to run what runs the world

  • Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, digital marketing campaigns, business strategy, or related fields.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency with emailing tools, i.e., Pardot, Constant contact.

  • Mindset: Proactive, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach; able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Languages: Professional fluency in French and English (spoken and written). French is required; English is essential for communicating with clients outside Quebec.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment and available to travel when needed.
