We are looking for our next dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Clinical Services Support team! This role is pivotal in enabling operational and clinical excellence, communication, and coordination across our nationwide network of clinical leaders.

As our Clinical Programs Analyst, you will be the organizational backbone supporting strategic communications, meeting management, and team enablement. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, streamline processes, and ensure the Clinical Services team is equipped with the tools, information, and structure needed to drive impactful coaching and care delivery.

Essential Function:

  • Project / Meeting Management

  • Data Analysis

  • Communications & Content Management

  • Collaboration Tools & Support Oversight

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst preferred

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Strong organizational & project management skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Teams

  • In office (downtown Denver HQ) at least one day a week

  • Travel: ~20%

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00-$75,000.00 per year.
