Security Officer - Government Patrol Bilingual

As a Security Officer - Government Patrol Bilingual in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities or hazards within the location.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with staff, visitors, and law enforcement as required.
• Assist with access control, verifying identification and credentials as needed for entry to restricted areas.
• Complete reports and logs of all incidents, activities, and observations during shifts.
• Support Allied Universal and client representatives during emergency situations by following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
