We're looking for a Habilitative Manager to join our team! As a Habilitative Manager, you'll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include training staff in behavior modification techniques and to assist with developing new programs.

What you'll do:



  • Be the Quality and Service Excellence Guardian: Rigorously monitor the quality of all services delivered, ensuring they consistently meet Mosaic's high standards and drive positive results for individuals, acting as the ultimate authority on regulatory compliance to ensure top-tier care.
  • Coach, Empower and Drive Team Performance: Supervise, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations, building a high-performing team that's motivated to achieve great outcomes. Train and mentor effective intervention strategies, equipping them to handle complex situations with confidence and skill and ensuring accuracy and completeness to support ongoing care and compliance.
  • Innovate Service Delivery: Research and develop new policies, procedures, and methodologies to continuously improve and modernize the way we deliver life-changing habilitative services. Collaborate on planning and developing innovative, person-centered programs that truly reflect the goals and dreams of the people we serve
  • Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Provide critical on-call support and guidance to staff, acting as the expert resource they can rely on when challenging situations arise.


SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, flexibility of hours worked needed to manage operations of Mosaic@Home team, some travel (agency vehicle provided) and hybrid work option.

Requirements

What YOU'LL Need:



  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking capability
  • Deep knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field, experience can be substituted for educational unless required by state
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
  • QIDP certification may be required based on state requirements
