As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Oshkosh, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor designated areas, conduct regular patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly to support a positive environment. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activities on the premises to help to deter potential issues and report irregularities.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support a secure environment.
• Remain aware of site-specific protocols and adapt to varying working environments and conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to work at sites with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
