As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a strong visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations onsite in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unsafe conditions encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with retail staff and other Allied Universal personnel to promote a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
