Security Officer - Residential Patrol

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Full Time in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned residential locations, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and providing information as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment for residents and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Work closely with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required for the residential location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
