Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused entry level sales and administrative Assistant to support our Sales team within the commercial real estate Lender Due Diligence group. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a genuine interest in working collaboratively across departments to help keep projects, communication, and client relationships running smoothly.

You'll act as a key partner with the Sales team, helping to manage assignments, coordinate schedules, follow up with clients, and assist with ongoing projects from proposal through delivery.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support the Sales team in daily operations, client communication, and project coordination.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, and technical staff, ensuring clear communication and timely project progression.
  • Serves as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and operations staff to ensure clear communication and timely exchange of project information and documentation.
  • Aid the sales team during conferences, trade shows, and business trips by managing logistics and follow-up tasks.
  • Support efforts for timely collection of client receivables and track outstanding assignments.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and project updates and deadlines.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture and ensure all client interactions reflect our commitment to quality and responsiveness.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree completed in related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate- sales, business development, client relationship management, environmental/engineering due diligence, property management or construction and development. An understanding of CRE industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-service mindset with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
