What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate advanced foaming equipment with precision and confidence, following company procedures and manufacturer recommendations to the highest standard.
  • Proactively recommend smart procedural changes that improve efficiency, quality, and overall results.
  • Develop a sharp eye for excellence by spotting product defects, voids, or flaws, identifying their causes, and performing regular quality checks to confirm raw materials meet specifications.
  • Stay fully engaged by monitoring the foaming system and associated equipment, immediately alerting your supervisor to any actual or potential issues so production never skips a beat.
  • Keep all tools, jigs, and fixtures in peak condition - clean, waxed, perfectly adjusted, and promptly repaired when needed; thoroughly clean everything after each job before it goes back into storage.
  • Use shop supplies and materials wisely and efficiently, especially when running critical equipment ratio checks.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards so your workspace is always safe, organized, and ready for top performance.
