Reporting to the Research and Development (R&D) Manager for Shrink Bags and Films, the individual is responsible for driving the R&D mission which includes the development and delivery of innovative, sustainable, robust, and cost-effective product solutions in alignment with the corporate strategy. * Drive and execute new product development projects through innovative polymer/material formulation and product feature creation to maximize customer and end user delight. Basic Qualifications
* BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science & Engineering, or Materials Engineering Additional Qualifications
