What you'll be doing

    Lead the full lifecycle of risk event management-from detection to resolution

  • Collaborate across first and second lines of defense to escalate, contain, and communicate risk events

  • Conduct thematic reviews of control breakdowns, near misses, and third-party exposures

  • Manage the risk acceptance and policy exception process with precision and transparency

  • Compile and report operational risk trends, metrics, and KRIs that inform leadership decisions

  • Support risk governance activities, including committee updates and board-level reporting

  • Help evolve and embed the ERM framework across the organization

  • Champion a risk-aware culture through training and awareness initiatives

  • Maintain and optimize our GRC platform (AuditBoard)

  • Support Business Resilience by coordinating disaster recovery tests and managing documentation for audits and contracts

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

  • 3-5 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, finance, or project management

  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools like AuditBoard or ServiceNow

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels-from analysts to executives

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Salary Range

$75,500.00 To $100,000.00 / year
