Serve as primary point of contact for client throughout the implementation of product. Provide services in connection with system configuration, testing, training, and issues resolution. Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation and work with analysts to resolve technical issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -

  • Experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization. (Intern or co-op experience applies)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS -

  • Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Performs testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation. Works with analysts to resolve technical issues.
  • Primary activities include configuration, testing, issues resolution, implementation and post implementation support. A majority of the consultant's time is spent onsite working directly with the customer project team.
  • Participates in training to enhance skills necessary to be a valuable team member.
  • Assists with practice administrative tasks (time and forecast entry).
  • Minimum of 50% travel required.

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS -

  • Understands fundamental concepts and theories.
  • Generally limited knowledge of industry practices and procedures.
  • Gains experience primarily in one product or platform.
