To help us continue to grow, we're in search of a Team Leader to provide guidance and support on an ongoing basis to the team members of the operation. This role directly supports the work area and builds respect for our people by putting the team's ideas to work in timely manner. The person in this role is vital to the continuous improvement efforts of the operation and will contribute to Kollmorgen's ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. The Team Leader is responsible for guiding and supporting an assigned group of hourly employees to achieve department goals and exceed customer expectations. They will adhere production schedules and ensure quality and on-time delivery, while maintaining a safe work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience Requirements
Physical Demand Potential physical demands include, but are not limited to: continuous walking and prolonged standing up to 10 hours a day; regular twisting, stooping, carrying, handling, pushing, and pulling; occasional climbing, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs. Potential sensory demands include but are not limited to: hearing and seeing. Work Environment Majority of time is spent in a manufacturing production environment with some (but not all) climate-controlled areas. Personal protective safety equipment must be worn, and proper safety precautions must be observed. Potential exposure may include, but is not limited to: solvents, dusts, lead, fiberglass, noise, heat, cold. Regularly work with unguarded moving parts such as band saw blades, belt sander belts, and drill presses. To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government. Benefits
