Job Title: Project Business Coordinator - III
Location: West Nyack, NY (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:


  • Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and assist with technical problem troubleshooting.
  • Work with External Utility Partners to Track Applications, Input Forecasting & Drive Completion of both Make Ready and Meter Installation.
  • Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in tools.
  • Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.




Required Skills:


  • Knowledge of Small Cell Design & Make Ready Construction.
  • Competency in Application Submission and Tracking.
  • Familiarity of the Various Utility Partners & Electrical Provider Processes.




Desired Skills:


  • Fuze SPM.
  • Client Project Center.
  • Landline VLicense Portal.
  • Client & NYSEG Application Processes.
  • Municipal, County & State Permit Applications.




Required Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree.




Targeted Years of Experience:


  • 5 to 7 Years of Equivalent Experience.
