The Sales Operations Manager role will provide support to all regions across the Americas, with a specific business partnership role aligned to North America West. Responsible for driving and assisting with sales forecasting, opportunity management, territory account management, sales analytics and reporting, and field automation initiatives while working closely with the Americas Operations leader and the respective Regional Sales VPs and Directors. The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker with strong analytical skills to identify actionable answers without analysis overload. They will have experience in conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. They will be an individual very comfortable proactively voicing and providing recommendations to senior management. In addition, the candidate must have advanced reporting and analytical skills including building or editing tableau dashboards. The candidate enjoys working with sales and other functions in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly productive with little oversight and be able to understand big picture goals while balancing and prioritizing numerous day-to-day demands in a high growth environment.
