Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay: $134,000 (minimum) - $167,000 (midpoint) - $201,000 (maximum)

Internal Controls - Responsibilities

  • Document and assess end-to-end global accounting processes, identify control risks for each process, and map key controls to mitigate those risks.

  • Lead global rollout of standardized processes and controls across all locations, coordinating local implementation and tracking adoption.

  • Maintain and evolve the internal controls framework, update documentation to reflect process changes, and ensure controls remain riskappropriate.

  • Monitor control effectiveness and compliance, monitor periodic control testing and exceptions and drive timely remediation of control deficiencies.

  • Design and deliver stakeholder training on controls, clarify owner responsibilities, and provide materials to reinforce ongoing compliance.

Process Improvements - Responsibilities

  • Maintain a prioritized improvement backlog, capture ideas, track status and expected benefits in a central tool.

  • Sponsor and oversee accounting process and system enhancement projects, ensure scope, timelines, and benefit targets are met.

  • Manage team and vendor execution, set clear deliverables for direct reports and thirdparty suppliers, and hold them accountable for results.

  • Assess system capabilities and apply best practices, identify configuration or workflow changes that reduce friction or manual effort.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to accounting strategy, define KPIs, measure outcomes, and institutionalize successful changes.
