| Under the supervision of the GME Director, and the Finance and Administrative Officer for Neurosciences and in consultation with the Psychiatry Program Director, the Psychiatry Residency Fellowship Program Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the program and serve as an important liaison and facilitator between the learners, faculty and other staff members, and the ACGME. The program coordinator is a key member of the leadership team and is critical to the success of the program. As such, the program coordinator must possess skills in leadership and personnel management appropriate to the complexity of the program. The program coordinator is expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the ACGME and Program Requirements, including policies and procedures and assist the program director in meeting accreditation requirements, educational programming, support of residents, resident/fellow recruitment and selection process, coordination of resident/fellow events, managing resident/fellow onboarding and offboarding activities, provides analytical and programmatic support to the Director, and serves as a resource to residents and fellows in matters such as establishing library privileges, badge and computer access to various training sites, timesheets, leave requests, coordinating employment and benefits matters with SOM Human Resources, and other administrative duties as assigned. The full salary range for the Psychiatry Residency Program Coordinator is $31.16 - $47.39 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
