Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Project Manager will: Identify and outline the scope of the project, recruit, interview, and manage all project staff. Manage quality assurance and operational efficiencies of the project and manage deadlines related to the Statement of Work (SOW). Act as a liaison between the customer firm and project staff. Recruit contract attorneys for various roles. Develop client relationships and works closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts. What Do We Look For? Individuals with a law degree or legal background Excellent business acumen and customer service skills Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills Previous experience handling temporary recruiting preferred Ability to manage competing priorities using strong critical thinking skills Strong understanding of litigation procedures Experience or knowledge of e-discovery procedures Must be in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA) if an active member Previous recruiting experience helpful Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging Learn more about us at AdamsMartinGroup.com.
