Role Summary Reporting to the Director of Process Excellence, the Senior Manager of Operational Readiness will play a key role in supporting and enabling project teams to deliver projects "the Suffolk Way." This role is about empowering teams to succeed by providing operational coaching and guidance on Suffolk's operations playbook, processes, and procedures. This individual will develop and deliver coaching that helps teams understand and apply best practices across the project lifecycle. A critical aspect of this role involves visiting projects at key milestones-such as project startup, project closeout, and other pivotal moments-to provide hands-on coaching and support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver content in a succinct, supportive, and relatable way, fostering trust and confidence with field teams and operational leaders. In addition to coaching on Suffolk's operations playbook, this leader will be a Procore process expert, deeply understanding the nuances, workflows, and keystrokes of Procore. They will be expected to stay continuously informed of new features, tips, and best practices, ensuring they can advise and enable teams to leverage the system effectively and in alignment with Suffolk's operational playbook. This role will also focus on upholding Suffolk's processes and standards, promoting a culture of excellence through consistency, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing. By creating an environment where best practices are continuously refined and shared, this leader will help Suffolk drive consistency across teams and regions while encouraging continuous improvement. Responsibilities 
 Provide hands-on, role-specific coaching and guidance (often in person) to help teams effectively deliver the Suffolk Way.
