Role Description

The Global Head of People Analytics will shape and lead Zoetis' enterprise strategy for people data and workforce insights. This role is accountable for delivering high-impact analytics that improve decision-making, enhance the employee experience, and enable business growth. The role will partner with senior HR and business leaders to uncover trends, predict workforce needs, and guide strategies that advance talent acquisition, development, retention, and engagement. The role will also lead the development of analytics platforms, data governance, and reporting capabilities, translating complex data into actionable narratives that influence strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive Zoetis' People Analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Establish enterprise standards for data governance, privacy, and ethical use of people data.

  • Align analytics priorities with business goals and workforce strategies.

Advanced Analytics & Insights

  • Apply statistical and machine learning methods to forecast workforce trends and model scenarios for talent acquisition, retention, and development.

  • Identify emerging workforce signals and recommend proactive HR interventions.

Data Visualization & Storytelling

  • Create compelling dashboards and interactive visualizations that provide actionable insights.

  • Build a culture of data-informed decision-making among HR leaders and business partners.

  • Coach leaders on interpreting insights and making analytics part of strategic discussions.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to HR leadership, business executives, and other key stakeholders.

  • Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to embed analytics into core talent processes.

Platform & Product Ownership

  • Lead the strategy and execution for HR analytics and survey platforms.

  • Ensure tools are user-friendly, high-quality, and aligned with enterprise data architecture.

  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize platform investment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Mastery

  • Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL for analysis; Tableau and Power BI for visualization.

  • Expertise in predictive analytics, organizational network analysis, text analytics, and statistical modeling.

  • Strong foundation in research methods, survey design, and statistical inference.

Strategic & Business Acumen

  • Proven ability to integrate people analytics into organizational strategy, linking outcomes to ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and business KPIs.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and talent management best practices.

  • Awareness of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and workforce competitiveness.

Leadership & Communication

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong judgment, organizational agility, and executive presence.

Education & Experience

  • Advanced degree preferred in data science, statistics, industrial-organizational psychology, economics, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 5 in a people analytics or HR-focused leadership role.

  • Track record of delivering analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,880 - $226,100. Our salary ranges are

determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range

for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional

factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation

This position is also eligible for long-term incentives
