About the Role

RingCentral is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Denver or Belmont to support our Sales Organization. This is a critical role on our U.S. HR team that partners closely with global sales leaders and employees to drive talent strategies, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that fuel our continued growth.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • Partnering with assigned Sales client groups and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and drive comprehensive talent and performance processes and programs.

  • Bringing strategic thought leadership to help leaders develop management capability, foster employee growth, and improve engagement, retention, and performance.

  • Using data and analytics to inform, influence, and measure the impact of people strategies.

  • Offering guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance, and compliance topics.

  • Advising employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and fairness.

  • Partnering across HR functions and business teams to deliver high-value, people-focused solutions that support business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or Organizational Development experience, with at least 3 years supporting a Sales or Go-to-Market organization.

  • Experience working in large, global, and fast-paced organizations.

  • Proven ability to influence, inspire, and lead change with senior business leaders.

  • Demonstrated success connecting people strategies to business outcomes and driving measurable impact.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $143,000.00 if you are hired in Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $85,000.00 and $122,000.00for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
