Engineering Project Delivery Manager

• Own the Process: Manage and integrate multiple engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Lead with Impact: Direct technical staff, assign tasks strategically, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Be the Connector: Consult with internal teams and external customers on specs, timelines, and costs.
• Drive Results: Define success criteria, monitor progress, and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Champion Improvement: Implement cost-saving strategies, refine processes, and introduce best practices in project management.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

• Requires one of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering, business, or a related technical field of study and six (6) years of related experience, OR
  • Associate's degree and twelve (12) years of related experience
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience and/or demonstrated technical leadership experience
• Successfully managed and completed a large, complex engineering project
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Ability to use and train on use of project management methodologies and software
• Ability to successfully prioritize, and manage large, complex projects, deadlines, tasks, and teams
• Ability to understand and apply financial analysis
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
