PPL Secretary for the Center for Adult Autism Services within the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (
GSAPP).
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides administrative and operational support for the Ticket to Work program, compliance functions within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and benefits counseling services through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS).
- Ensures accurate participant onboarding, documentation maintenance, and timely submission of Ticket to Work payments.
- Supports DDD compliance by maintaining audit-ready records and tracking regulatory deadlines.
- Provides benefits counseling to external clients, helping them understand how employment impacts their public benefits and guiding them through available work incentive programs.
- Handles marketing, promotion, and maintaining our social media of the RCAAS and their individual units.
- Provides confidential and coordinating secretarial/clerical support to a university administrator or office.
- Arranges meetings and associated logistics.
- Designs word processing routines to access, manipulate, and transmit files for specific uses and performs a variety of additional advanced and basic word processing assignments.
- Provides information; greets and directs visitors to proper destination; arranges schedules, appointments, and reservations; distributes mail; takes dictation; maintains records and files; and performs related duties.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- High school/vocational school education or equivalent and at least three (3) years of any equivalent combination of: secretarial experience, college-level study, advanced secretarial training, or clerical experience, provided secretarial experience accounts for at least one year of any such combination.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Familiarity with the Ticket to Work program, Social Security, Medicaid, vocational rehabilitation and work incentives.
- Familiarity with the compliance procedures for Division of Developmental Disability.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in human services or healthcare.
- Familiarity with DDD regulations and Ticket to Work program guidelines.
- Benefits Counseling Certification.
- Ability to complete and maintain a Benefits Counseling Certification.
- Ability to pass suitability and Social Security Trainings to have and maintain Ticket Portal Access.
- Associate Degree.
