Business Process Analyst, Consultant

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role is critical in driving the strategic initiatives and operational goals of the Technology department, ensuring alignment with the broader enterprise strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology planning, operations management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Knowledge and Experience:

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires a minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires a Green Belt designation from either Six Sigma or LEAN with work towards a Black belt, Agile, or Change Management Certification (Prosci, ACMP, GAWM, CMI etc.)
• Proven experience in technology planning and operations management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
• Commitment to corporate citizenship and community engagement.
