- Thursday (5am to 3:30pm)
The Operator role is perfect for individuals who enjoy
hands on work. We have tasks for all skill levels, ranging from operating and maintaining machinery for manufacturing printed circuit boards, including setting up machines, inspecting finished boards, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to quality standards and safety procedures.

Job Summary & Essential Functions:
Perform assembly operations of printed circuit boards according to established operating procedures by performing the following duties:
- Assemble electrical or
electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware/tools. - Operate a variety of equipment as
needed to fulfill customer requirements. - Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members.
- Responsible for the proper handling and management
of hazardous waste generated in their work area. - Perform other assignments as required.
- Work scheduled mandatory overtime.
Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to read and understand
engineering assembly drawings. - Ability to read and follow
assembly instructions. - Ability to build electrical and
electromechanical assemblies. - Strong mechanical aptitude and
dexterity. - Ability to use tools and testing
devices. - Strong math and measurement skills.
- High level of attention to detail
and accuracy. - Strong troubleshooting and problem
solving skills.
Required
Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Six months manufacturing experience preferred
