Job Title:Physician - Primary Care Provider / Internal & Family Medicine Physician Location:Boston Medical Center South, Brockton, MA (or other specified South campus) Department:Primary Care / General Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Job Type:FullTime Shift / Schedule:Daytime clinic hours; may include limited evening or weekend sessions depending on service needs Position Summary At Boston Medical Center South, we are committed to improving the health of our communities by delivering exceptional, personalized health care with dignity, compassion, and respect. We are seeking a dedicated, boardcertified (or boardeligible) Primary Care Physician in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine to join our team. The physician will provide comprehensive, continuous care in an ambulatory setting, working within a multidisciplinary, teambased care model to support preventive, acute, and chronic care for a diverse population. This role will also involve participation in quality improvement, population health initiatives, and may include teaching / mentoring as needed. Essential Responsibilities & Duties

Compensation range between $219,000 - $298,825 The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
