We are producing a cutting edge advanced Command and Control system that requires a SW Test Engineer with experience in the CUAS C2 domain. Job Overview: We are seeking a Lead Test Engineer to design and implement robust test strategies and procedures to uncover, document, and facilitate the resolution for product defects throughout the full testing lifecycle. This role requires working directly with the engineering team applying analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations. What you will do: This position plays a pivotal role in guiding test strategy, working with a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and compliant systems to meet complex operational needs.
