Job Summary: Performs land boundary surveys, delineating routes, areas, and sites for company purchases or studies. These surveys involve the analysis of record information and collected field data with the application of special knowledge of mathematics, mapping, abstracting and related elements of law. Analyzes collected data and calculates property and easement information under the direction and supervision of a Registered Land Surveyor. Education: Associate's degree with at least 32 semester hours of survey related course work to obtain a Surveying License in the state of Texas. Experience: Additional Knowledge, Skills, Licenses/Certifications, Abilities & Personal Characteristics: Possesses working knowledge of ArcGIS, Civil3D, & Trimble Business Center or equivalent software for processing and reducing field survey data and measurements.
