We're hiring a PD&L Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and support the execution of product launches. This full-time role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering who's ready to lead launch activities and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from concept to production.

Supporting Meaningful Work:
  • Lead product development and launch (PD&L) activities at the manufacturing site
  • Apply engineering principles to ensure quality standards are met throughout the process
  • Provide cost estimates, database support, PPAP submissions, PFMEA creation, and standard work documentation
  • Collaborate with operations leaders and project teams to meet launch schedules
  • Support the transition of projects from concept to full-scale production
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably with lean manufacturing exposure
  • Experience with Windchill and SAP
  • Strong understanding of automation and technology in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills in process, capacity, cost/benefit, and quality tools
  • Familiarity with lean techniques: flow, equipment reliability, setup reduction
  • Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems with minimal support
  • Basic knowledge of equipment design, specifications, and installation
  • Awareness of material handling solutions and ergonomic principles
