What to Expect

We are looking for a dynamic Content Specialist who thrives in a high-energy, rapidly evolving setting. The ideal candidate will bring a data-centric approach, a passion for streamlining processes, and meticulous attention to detail. This position focuses on optimizing operational workflows, providing strategic support to communications teams (e.g., coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, and aligning messaging efforts), spearheading cross-functional initiatives, and elevating project management methodologies to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.


What You'll Do
  • Curate and execute weekly communication campaigns that support our field teams in understanding company initiatives and the whys behind
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Service Operations teams) to develop, refine, and deliver tailored content strategies that resonate with field audiences
  • Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality in communications that align with Brand Standards
  • Support team with project ideation, prioritization, and execution across multiple regions and continuously evaluate project impact on operational efficiency, refining strategies for optimal performance
  • Apply content management strategies, in collaboration with systems engineers and operational stakeholders, to organize content for an improved user experience and seamless AI integration

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Able to juggle multiple competing priorities in a face paced environment
  • Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to credibly convey complex ideas effectively at the executive level

    Expected Compensation
    $68,000 - $102,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
